Field guide

Put an AI on the phone with your prospect.

You have two AI callers. You personalise one to your prospect's own company in under a minute, then let them take the call themselves. Nothing sells the product like hearing it work on their business.

Your two agents

Emma

Missed appointments

Rings leads who booked and never showed up, has a proper conversation about it, and gets them back in the diary.

Sophie

Win-backs

Rings past customers who quietly drifted away, reopens the relationship and brings them back with a reason to return.

Running the demo

Before the meeting

2 minutes
  1. Open mangoteq-demo.automazioni.ai and go to the Build agent tab.
  2. Type the prospect's company name and website, add your access code, and press Build.
  3. Read the preview card that appears. That is what the AI will say about their business, so you are never surprised on the call.

Do this before the meeting. The profile is saved forever, so a company you built last month is still there and ready to call.

In the meeting

Live
  1. Go to the Make calls tab and pick the company from the dropdown.
  2. Choose Emma or Sophie, depending on which problem your prospect has.
  3. Enter their first name and mobile number in international format, such as +44 7…, then press Call now.
  4. Their phone rings in about 30 seconds. Hand the demo over and let them talk.

Brief them in one line first: "You're about to get the call one of your missed-appointment leads would get — play along."

The moment that closes the deal

Try to break it

Tell them to give it their worst.

Prospects believe what they cannot knock over. Invite them to attack it — the more they push, the better this goes for you.

  • "So what exactly does your company do?"
  • "How much does it cost?"
  • "I never booked anything with you."
  • "You're a robot, admit it."
  • Interrupt it, talk over it, change the subject.
  • Be awkward, be rude, go off script entirely.

It holds up. And when the call ends it books a real appointment into a demo diary of ours — so they see the whole thing land, start to finish, while nothing whatsoever touches their own business.

Good to know

  • Build timeEach build takes 20 to 40 seconds, and it is saved for next time. Build once per company, call as often as you like.
  • Daily limit30 demo calls a day across the whole team. Plenty for a normal day of meetings — just don't burn them testing.
  • How it talksNatural conversation, both ways. No menus, no keywords, no script anyone has to follow. Your prospect just speaks normally.
  • If a call dropsPress Call now again. Lines fail occasionally, exactly as they do with people, and a retry fixes it.

If something stops you

  • Wrong access code
Check the code with your manager. Nothing else on the page will work until it is accepted.
  • Daily demo call limit reached
The team has used all 30 calls for today. It resets tomorrow.
  • The number is rejected
The mobile must start with a country code, for example +44 for the UK. No spaces needed.
